Knowing Jesus was never meant to be a solo effort. One of the first things Jesus did was gather a group of 12 people to walk through life together. They were a diverse group of guys from different backgrounds, and yet they all agreed on the importance of following Jesus—and following Him together.

We need that kind of connection as well, to know others and to be known ourselves. God has placed that desire within us and it goes beyond social media and talking about the weather.

Our connections are meant to be deep-rooted and meaningful. Following Jesus is done best when it’s done together, so how can we grow in that?
