December Lunch with a Bunch
Our 55+ group gathered for a joyful Christmas celebration for Lunch with a Bunch. When we arrived, the fireside room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We feasted on hot turkey sandwiches and delicious trifle. It was quite funny as we bobbed up and down and tried to keep up with the many verses of the 12 Days of Christmas. We sang most of our favourite Christmas carols and listened to meaningful readings that focused us on Jesus and that first Christmas so many years ago. Nancy shared how the song Away in a Manger had a profound impact on her life years ago, drawing her into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
It was a wonderful time of fellowship, feasting and fun. We meet every month and are already looking forward to our next gathering on January 21st. Come and join us!!
