AGM Recap 2024

Thank you for being a part of the Annual General Meeting on April 7th.

Here's a snapshot of what was discussed:

• Financial Update: Reduction in the amount being added to the Future Facilities Replacement Fund to $15, 000 for 2024 budget

• Budget Approval:

  • Salary increases for staff

  • Continuation of  Missions funding for Gardom Lake Bible Camp, Freedom's Door and Harmony House (Ministry of KGM)

  • Addition Missions funding for University Christian Ministry (Josh Hufemia) and Metro Community

  • Reduction of our annual fees to BCMB from 5% to 3%

• Financial Stewardship: Our annual fees to BCMB have been reduced from 5% to 3%.

• Board News: Martin Ishkanian was appointed to the Board for a 3-year term, while Neil Dawes and Betty Urness were affirmed to continue for an additional 2-year term.
