Mark 1:29-45

It’s a curious thing that Jesus, for all his ministry of preaching and teaching, has a habit of telling people to keep quiet about what he’s doing. This morning, we’re going to wrestle with why Mark focuses on this element, and what wisdom there may be in quieting ourselves before a God who loves us and knows us better than ourselves.
